The Border Integrated Behavioral Health and Housing Collaborative (B-IBHHC) connects
individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness with coordinated behavioral health, recovery,
housing, and community support.
Rather than expecting individuals to navigate complicated systems alone, ABC helps connect
the pieces and creates pathways to greater health and stability.
